Who can you trust?

We offer unique customer protection on the Island by belonging to several relevant trade associations and abiding by a code of practice approved by the Office of Fair Trading.

Independent Annual Inspection

We are currently the ONLY Island removal company which undergo a full annual Inspection.

This Inspection is carried out by 'The National Register Of Approved Removers and Storers' (ROARS) whose inspection methods are the only ones approved by The Removals Industry Ombudsman Scheme.

Quality Monitoring

We are currently the ONLY mover based on the Island who participate and publish independent quality monitoring.

Continual monitoring of our performance is done via pre paid quality questionnaire cards given to our customers on the day of the move. The cards are addressed directly to the National Guild of Removers and Storers and to checkatrade.com.

Removals Ombudsman Scheme

We are currently the ONLY mover based on the Island which belong to the removals Ombudsmans Scheme.

Everyone who uses a removal company should be able to rely on an independent body to hear their complaint if anything goes wrong. By choosing a mover belonging to the Ombudsman scheme, you will be entitled to the ombudsman´s services.

The ombudsman's services are ONLY available through removals companies which are members of the scheme.
